  LABOR CHARGE - Labor is charged only while removing and installing hose assemblies and in project design situations. Labor is charged in quarter hour increments. No labor is charged if we come and make your hose assembly and hand it to you.  
Schedule of Charges
  TRIP CHARGE - A nominal charge based on the job location is applied on each service call. There are no portal to portal driving charges.  
     
 

CALLOUT CHARGES - There is NO callout charged during normal business hours. Callouts apply AFTER 5:00pm and BEFORE 7:00am on regular work days.

On Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays callouts apply throughout the day and night.

The only other charges for callout jobs are the cost of the hose assembly, the trip charge and labor charges.
